Service Description: **USER NOTICE** This service will be deprecated and decommissioned on 26 June 2026. After this date, the service will no longer be available. A replacement service is now available and can be accessed at the following url: https://spatial- gis.information.qld.gov.au/arcgis/rest/services/PlanningCadastre/StatePlanning/MapServer. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at opendata@nrmmrrd.qld.gov.au. A Priority Development Area (PDA) is a site declared by the state government to facilitate the development of land in Queensland for economic development or community purposes. Existing interim land use plans and development schemes for sites previously declared as Urban Development Areas (UDAs) remain valid and those land use and development requirements still apply, and can be referenced as PDAs under the Economic Development Act 2012. This service provides access to the following spatial datasets: * _Deprecation water mark notification_ (dsdip.qld_dilgp_regionalplan_areas) * _Priority development areas_ (dsdip.qld_dsdip_edq_pda)
