Native to South America, praxelis is an annual or short-lived perennial herb. Each praxelis plant produces hundreds of small black seeds. Praxelis was first found in Queensland in 1993 and is now present in northern and eastern parts of the state. Praxelis infestations can invade crops, grasslands and conservation areas. |
