Service Description: This dataset shows the history of fires and other treatments (e.g. mechanical treatments such as mowing, slashing and vegetation clearing) and active fires and treatments. It includes both planned burns and wildfires. The fire history includes fires that date back to the 1930s, however fires that occured before 2000 were entered in an ad-hoc fashion from an incomplete list of historical fire records.
