<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P STYLE="margin:8 0 8 0;"><SPAN STYLE="font-size:9pt">Renewable Energy Investigation Areas (REIAs) are those areas within a region considered most suitable for the establishment of new commercial and solar wind farms. Factors considered in their determination include solar suitability indices, proximity to electrical substations and high voltage transmission lines, slope and environmental constraints. </SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:8 0 0 0;"><SPAN STYLE="font-size:9pt">Further work may be required to confirm the suitability of investigation areas and how best they can promote new renewable energy development.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
