A Priority Development Area (PDA) is a site\ndeclared by the state government to facilitate the development of land in\nQueensland for economic development or community purposes. Existing interim\nland use plans and development schemes for sites previously declared as Urban\nDevelopment Areas (UDAs) remain valid and those land use and development\nrequirements still apply, and can be referenced as PDAs under the Economic\nDevelopment Act 2012.\n\nThis service provides access to the following spatial datasets:\n\n  * _Deprecation water mark notification_ (dsdip.qld_dilgp_regionalplan_areas)\n  * _Priority development areas_ (dsdip.qld_dsdip_edq_pda)\n\n",
