"description":"The data sets shown include: Land Parcels from Digital Cadastre Data (DCDB). This is the entire DCDB dataset and contains all the parcel history from August 1997 through to current state, including new parcels added, errors, mis-coding and adjustments over time. Dates indicating parcel updates correspond to the data editing process, not registration dates.  The \"Land Parcels\" group layer has sub-layers that show selected land parcels at different scale ranges to aid visualisation and drawing speed. In addition the Land Parcels are also presented based on base, easement, strata and volumetric coverage types.  All layers can have a definition query applied to show the data state on any particular day - e.g. to show the data for the 31st August 2001 the definition query syntax is (date_st IS NULL OR date_st  timestamp '2001-08-31 23:59:59' OR date_end IS NULL).
