| HISTORY |
Until 1970, Heathwood was a part of Acacia Ridge. Originally named by Queensland Place Names Board 1 December 1970. Name and boundaries confirmed by Minister for Survey and Valuation, Urban and Regional Affairs 11 August 1975. Boundary amended by the Minister for Natural Resources, Mines and Energy and Minister for Trade on 9 April 2010. The boundary between Heathwood and Pallara was amended by CHQ022459/1006, effective from 14 October 2015. |
