A foundational dataset that provides a geographical representation of the 2021 extent of high value regrowth vegetation across Queensland at a map scale of 1:25,000 in the SEQ Koala plan area LGA's of Noosa, Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay, Brisbane, Redland, Logan, Gold Coast, Scenic Rim, Ipswich, Lockyer Valley, Somerset, and Toowoomba. HVR outside of these LGA's is at a map scale of 1:50,000.

<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>High-value regrowth (Version 13.</SPAN><SPAN>1</SPAN><SPAN>.1 - May 202</SPAN><SPAN>4</SPAN><SPAN>) vegetation means vegetation located- (a) on freehold land, indigenous land, or land subject of a lease issued under the Land Act 1994 for agriculture or grazing purposes or an occupation licence under that Vegetation Management Act; and (b) in an area that has not been cleared (other than for relevant clearing activities) for at least 15 years, if the area is- (i) an endangered regional ecosystem; or (ii) an of concern regional ecosystem; or (iii) a least concern regional ecosystem.</SPAN><SPAN /><SPAN /><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>The 15 year time period is determined from the date of the base-map image capture. The positional accuracy at a scale of 1:50,000 is 50 metres.
This dataset is GDA2020 compatible. The source data, and therefore the captured features are georeferenced as GDA94 (horizontal only). The horizontal accuracy of the geo-referencing and/or data collection method for this example is greater than the datum offset between GDA94 and GDA2020 (1.8 meters). The resulting dataset has been nominated as a low-accuracy GDA2020 dataset. As this data has not directly measured in GDA2020, nor transformed to GDA2020 the resulting data is 'GDA2020 Compatible', not Compliant.
